📋 Description

• Translate ambiguous product concepts into concrete ML strategies • Conduct exploratory data analysis, uncover patterns, and identify features • Fine-tune multi-modal generative models • Orchestrate sophisticated AI agents such as LangGraph • Prioritize precision, test edge cases, and build fallback heuristics • Define statistical and business metrics and build evaluation frameworks • Write production-grade Python • Collaborate with engineering to deploy scalable solutions • Build monitoring for system health, track data drift, and detect model degradation • Align with stakeholders and deliver concise, results-driven updates to technical leadership • Own technical challenges from architecture through deployment and monitoring • Mentor peers and help elevate engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade software in complex, high-stakes environments • Deep foundation in computer science principles • Track record of architecting performant, highly scalable web applications • Experience with modern AI assistants such as Claude and Copilot • Expert-level command of modern backend languages such as C#, Node.js, or Python • Knowledge of frontend architectures, microservices design, RESTful APIs, and clean, maintainable code • Strong cloud understanding • Ideally familiar with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform • Practical expertise with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or similar • Rigorous unit and integration testing experience • Bonus: experience leading complex technical projects from 0 to 1, mentoring peers, or working in healthcare
