📋 Description

• Provide sourcing support to recruiting teams and open positions • Prescreen and schedule quality candidate interviews • Identify and interact with potential passive candidates • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates • Facilitate and coordinate interviews • Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs • Maintain employee profiles • Conduct employment screenings • Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team • Support the HR team with special projects and assignments • Perform other duties as assigned • Work in a high-volume call center setting supporting Human Resources

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to build strong customer relationships • Ability to multitask; highly organized with excellent time management skills • Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to high ethical standards • Flexibility and self-drive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices • Polished and professional demeanor with proven high-end customer service experience • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Preferred • 0 to 1 year of administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience, Preferred • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or iCIMS, Preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Preferred • Experience managing communication with internal and external customers at various career levels, Preferred • Experience dealing with executives and employees at all organizational levels, Preferred • No travel required
