📋 Description

• Advise, design, and manage deployment orchestration solutions for complex Salesforce implementations • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, Solution Architects, Account Teams, client stakeholders, and Salesforce product teams • Define requirements, deliverables, and manage client expectations • Assess existing DevOps processes, tools, and practices and recommend improvements • Design, present, and implement best-fit DevOps solutions • Drive selection and implementation of DevOps tools and technologies • Lead DevOps design sessions, architect solutions, and document best practices at Architect level • Lead setup and execution of DevOps frameworks for small-to-medium projects and support Architects on larger engagements at Senior Engineer level • Develop and enforce DevOps frameworks and governance models • Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects • Ensure continuous delivery deployments succeed across environments • Support pre-sales discovery sessions, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development • Champion AI-first development and DevOps workflows using Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar assistants • Use AI coding assistants and modern DevOps ecosystems to automate workflows, document implementations, and deliver secure, scalable solutions • Travel to client sites as needed, estimated at 50–75% at Architect level

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce platform experience for Senior DevOps Engineer, or 10+ years of CRM experience with at least 8 years on the Salesforce platform for DevOps Architect • Focus on DevOps, release management, and CI/CD implementation • Expert/strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Industries (Vlocity), and Data Cloud • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, version control best practices, and deployment methodologies • Understanding of Git Flow, Trunk-based development, and Feature branching • Knowledge of Metadata API, SFDX (Salesforce DX), Salesforce CLI, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Knowledge of Sandbox management, source-driven development, Change Sets, Unlocked Packages, and Managed Packages • Experience with Copado, Flosum, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, and CircleCI • Experience with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, and Azure Repos • Experience with Docker image building, orchestration, pipelines, and security integration into CI/CD • Experience with test automation tools including Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, TOSCA, TestNG, Selenium, WebDriver, JUnit, JMeter, and ApexUnit • Experience with SonarQube, Checkmarx, and PMD • Understanding of Salesforce Event Monitoring, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor • Strong client-facing communication skills • Ability to lead small/medium projects or support Architects on large-scale programs • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent experience • Salesforce certifications active or ability to obtain upon hire • Must be a U.S. citizen
