📋 Description

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for open software engineering roles • Manage an active load of requisitions from intake through offer • Guide candidates through the hiring process with clarity, speed, and quality • Keep candidates moving through the process with clear communication, operational discipline, and consistent follow-through • Build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and targeted sourcing strategies • Run structured intake calls and align with hiring managers on candidate profiles • Maintain transparent communication throughout each search • Represent Samsara with timely updates, clear next steps, and respectful communication at every stage • Track pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and refine sourcing and screening approaches • Work with senior recruiters and managers to develop recruiting skills • Use AI-based tools and recruiting technology to streamline repetitive tasks while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; software engineering recruiting experience preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills with candidates and internal team members • Demonstrated growth mindset and desire to act on constructive feedback • Proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and modern applicant tracking systems • Passion for building a long-term career in technical recruiting • Must reside in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area • Ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work at the company and specified work location
