📋 Description

• Lead and mentor developers through the full project lifecycle • Help design and build features for primarily GRC web applications in an Agile environment • Remain hands-on in coding while guiding team members • Establish coding standards and quality assurance practices • Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and clients • Run and participate in training and monitor industry trends • Solve complex technical problems • Manage team resources and workload • Participate in hiring • Lead use of AI solutions for efficient and effective coding • Set short- and long-term team goals • Conduct performance reviews and support team development • Deliver large projects on time and on budget

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years in software development • At least 2 years leading or mentoring others • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of software development methodologies and the project lifecycle • Strong experience with .NET Core and its frameworks • Experience with Razor, Vue.js, or React • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitHub • Familiarity with QA, unit, integration, and UI testing strategies • Familiarity with back-end, front-end, and database development • Experience with application security and code analysis tools • Standard availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT • Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed
