📋 Description

• Consult with customers on implementing ServiceNow Technology Workflow solutions using leading practices • Accelerate and drive customer business outcomes • Support pre-sales activities, including sales presentations, solutioning and scoping discussions, workshops, and implementation effort estimates • Partner with Services Account Executives, Solution Sales Executives/Consultants, Sales Account Executives, and Partner Sales Organizations • Serve as a lead member of engagement project teams delivering substantive customer outcomes • Address interconnectivity between Workflow applications and customer technology landscapes • Inform customers about governance best practices • Support senior leadership and CXO discussions on implementation roadmaps and change-management best practices • Design solutions using Technology Workflow solutions for common customer use cases • Publish use cases for broader consumption by solution consultants and the customer community • Build relationships with Workflow product owners and stakeholders and promote awareness of solution capabilities and roadmaps • Lead office hours, formal presentations, webinars, and learning events for field delivery stakeholders • Promote continuous improvement of delivery and engagement materials • Enable and mentor ServiceNow delivery team members and partner ecosystem participants • Travel up to 50% annually based on customer needs and internal meetings

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of consultation and/or configuration experience implementing complex, highly capable technologies, including integrations and portals • At least 5 years of consultation and/or configuration experience implementing the ServiceNow Technology Workflow solution suite • Vast and varied experience across leading Technology software platforms • Ability to influence and consult senior leaders and provide thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders • Ability to identify needs, provide options with pros, cons, and risks, and solve business process and technical problems • Customer-centric mentality and commitment to customer success • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical customers, obtain technical and business requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions • Ability to develop visually rich, professional conceptual design documents for varied business and technical audiences • Experience conducting solution presentations and obtaining customer acceptance of solution designs • Strong capabilities in forging trust and engaging remote or in-person audiences • Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids • Ability to conceptualize and design sophisticated wireframes, workflows, and diagrams • Passion for studying new technologies and participating in projects that extend existing technology capabilities • Certified System Administrator certification required or must be achieved within the first 60 days • At least 2 relevant Certified Implementation Specialist certifications, including ITSM and ITOM • Certified Technical Architect certification required or must be achieved within the first 365 days • Full-time employee status
