📋 Description

• Design, authorize, and continuously monitor mission-critical systems for Department of the Air Force / DoD customers • Implement security controls across software and system lifecycles using systems security engineering, secure design, secure architecture, and secure coding practices • Capture and refine information security requirements and integrate technical requirements into system baselines, DevSecOps pipelines, and System Requirements Documents • Coordinate security-engineering activities with the PM, ISO, ISSM, and ISSO • Execute gap analyses and technical evaluations supporting the AO-approved ISCM strategy • Integrate risk analyses and advance Zero Trust Architecture maturity • Assist ISSM/ISSO and incident response teams with technical root-cause evaluations • Formulate engineering corrective action plans and mitigations for vulnerabilities and POA&M items

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship required • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • DoD Secret Clearance or higher • DoD 8140 or 8570 equivalent IAT Level III certification(s) • Ability to support ISSM and ISSO in answering RMF controls and providing artifacts for ATO submission • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • 2+ years as an ISSM or ISSO (or equivalent role), OR 10+ years of cybersecurity industry expertise including at least 3 years implementing or creating security policies or controls within DoD systems • 1+ year of professional working experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI • Experience with RMF, eMASS, ACAS, and Air Force A&A process • Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures supporting business requirements and mission systems • Preferred: professional experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation • Preferred: experience integrating security tools and resources within a cloud service provider • Preferred: experience with DevSecOps • Preferred: experience securing Azure Kubernetes Services • Preferred: experience with UiPath Automation Suite and Studio products
