📋 Description

• Serve as the primary AI Infrastructure SME for NVIDIA DGX platforms and compatible OEM solutions • Assess customer requirements through discovery sessions, workshops, and technical consultations • Design tailored AI data center infrastructure solutions for training, inference, and HPC workloads • Create hardware configurations covering servers, storage, networking, GPUs, power, cooling, and racks • Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) • Validate and recommend solutions using OEM reference architectures • Deliver technical presentations, proofs of concept, and solution demonstrations • Recommend AI infrastructure deployment, optimization, and integration best practices • Support field sales teams in customer meetings, RFPs/RFIs, and technical objections • Collaborate with NVIDIA and OEM partners on roadmaps, certifications, and emerging technologies • Document solutions, create playbooks, and train sales teams and customers • Monitor AI hardware and data center industry developments • Build technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners • Act as a trusted AI advisor alongside Field Account Executives • Manage the solution practice pipeline and develop strategies for prospects and new business • Identify technology opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, Collaboration, and Services • Engage CIOs, IT Directors, CTOs, and other client contacts • Educate AGT and SHI teams on technical selling, products, services, and technology trends

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required • 5+ years of experience in presales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting focused on data center infrastructure • Experience preferably involving AI/ML/HPC workloads • Proven expertise with NVIDIA DGX systems, GPU technologies such as CUDA and NCCL, and AI data center platforms • Hands-on experience with OEM AI server platforms such as Dell, HPE, and Lenovo • Strong knowledge of servers, high-performance NVMe storage, InfiniBand, Ethernet, power, and cooling systems • Experience creating BOMs, sizing AI workload infrastructure, and performing cost/performance analysis • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events • Intermediate experience with complex data center sales opportunities • Intermediate ability to design hybrid cloud, hyperconverged, SDDC, IaaS/PaaS, automation, containerization, and data center management platform infrastructures • Intermediate knowledge of virtualization technologies, hypervisors, server virtualization, SDDC, containerization, and automation • Intermediate ability to communicate and sell complex technical products or services • Intermediate expertise with Dell Technologies, NetApp, HPE, Cisco, Pure Storage, Azure, AWS, Veeam, and Nutanix • Intermediate experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, high availability, backup/recovery, data protection, mirroring, clustering, and related solutions • Preferred: NVIDIA or relevant vendor certifications • Preferred: Enterprise Datacenter technologies and solutions experience • Preferred: Datacenter, power, and cooling technologies knowledge • Preferred: AI software stacks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes for AI • Preferred: Cloud-hybrid AI deployments or large-scale data center projects experience • Preferred: AI Factory concept, NCPs, and AI Cloud Providers knowledge • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
