• Lead a team of SREs and manage sprint planning • Own uptime, performance, and capacity planning of production systems • Reduce manual work by building automation • Drive root cause analysis and lead incident responses • Define Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering • Proficiency in coding/scripting (e.g., Python, Go) • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Linux • Proven experience leading technical teams • Ability to communicate technical SRE initiatives to stakeholders
