📋 Description

• Own the technical direction and end-to-end delivery of Frontier Traders • Build and scale pipelines attributing spot and perpetuals volume across Solana venues • Normalize fills, wallets, and accounts into trusted trading activity data • Design and operate rewards engines for campaigns, points, prize pools, and leaderboards • Build and maintain VIP tiers, rolling maker/taker volume windows, tier progression, and rebate calculations • Ship accurate, responsive realtime experiences including activity feeds, leaderboards, and tier progression • Own integrations with DEXs, perpetuals venues, launchpads, wallets, and data providers • Work directly with traders, firms, and market makers to turn feedback into product • Set standards for architecture, code quality, testing, observability, and incident response • Make build-versus-integrate decisions and manage technical debt • Partner with design, product, Trading, and Growth teams on product direction

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of building and shipping products end to end, with clear personal ownership of what you built • Strong engineering fundamentals across the stack • Technical proficiency in Rust and other performant programming languages • Experience with high-volume data pipelines, indexing, or realtime systems where accuracy and latency matter • Experience building financial or transactional products where errors have real consequences • Working knowledge of Solana accounts, transactions, program interactions, and reliable off-chain data retrieval • Familiarity with DeFi market structure, including spot and perpetuals venues, AMMs, order books, maker/taker dynamics, fees, and rebates • Strong product instincts and willingness to hold opinions about user experience • Comfort operating with ambiguity, limited process, and evolving priorities • Excellent communication and ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and work with demanding external users • Bonus: Experience building for traders, market makers, or HFT firms • Bonus: Experience with points, rewards, loyalty, or incentive systems at scale • Bonus: Hands-on experience with Solana data infrastructure such as Helius, Pyth, Geyser plugins, or custom indexers • Bonus: Open source contributions to Solana or DeFi tooling • Bonus: Personal onchain trading experience
