📋 Description

• Support overhead transmission engineering by performing mechanical testing on conductors • Analyzing data, writing test reports, and managing the Overhead Lab • Develop engineering solutions to enhance efficiency and performance • Analyze engineering processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Implement multidisciplinary engineering practices • Perform stress/strain testing, creep testing, and additional testing • Manage lab activities including sample preparation and testing schedule • Support the development and testing of Southwire’s SAG10 software • Interpret technical specifications and communicate insights to stakeholders • Assist in managing advanced application projects with cross-functional teams • Coach junior engineers and technical staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5-7 Years Experience • Master's Degree preferred • 8-11 Years Experience preferred • PE, PMP Certifications preferred
