📋 Description

• Support the customer’s missions, including application development, rapid prototyping, standards development, and research and development of new technologies • Support database administration, data engineering, and data architecture activities • Identify target data architectures and implement migrations from Oracle RDBMS to open-source databases such as Postgres • Assist application teams in converting existing PL/SQL and other code from Oracle to Postgres and potentially other databases • Help application teams improve existing data models and data structures as needed • Work embedded with application teams in a Data Developer function • Convert PL/SQL procedures and functions into new application code • Assist with schema and model improvements • Support ETL assistance and automation needs • Provide database administration support on an as-needed basis

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or above is desired • SQL Developer (5+ years) • Postgres (4+ years) • Oracle DB (3+ years) • DB Administration (4+ years) • Developer skills (5+ years) • Experience supporting large-scale federal government IT modernization projects is highly desirable • Experience with Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) environments and large-scale data integration initiatives • Candidates must be US Citizens to meet clearance requirements • Successful completion of a complete background check, including criminal history, education verification, professional certification verification, previous employment verification, and credit history • Fingerprinting required for the Public Trust background investigation
