📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with candidates for different open positions across the company • Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and ensure the interview process runs smoothly • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and other online channels • Research new job boards and platforms for qualified candidates • Review applications, assess candidate qualifications, and identify suitable candidates • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide updates • Manage candidate databases, track applications, and maintain organized recruitment records • Assist with job postings, candidate follow-ups, and daily recruiting tasks • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and find suitable candidates • Conduct interviews regularly and keep the hiring process moving • Consistently source candidates for open positions • Explore new sourcing platforms to expand the candidate pool • Maintain clear and timely candidate communication • Help improve the overall hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Confidence in conducting interviews and speaking with different types of candidates • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple interviews and tasks • Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and online candidate sourcing • Good research skills and willingness to explore new sourcing channels • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Attention to detail when reviewing applications and managing candidate information • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or interviewing is a plus, but not strictly required
