📋 Description

• Build and maintain full-stack features across a NestJS/GraphQL backend and Angular 18 frontend • Design and extend MongoDB-to-SQL data transformation pipelines using dbt for reporting and analytics • Work across microservice boundaries, including service design, API contracts, and data modeling • Contribute to Kubernetes-deployed, cloud-native infrastructure with Helm-based deployments alongside DevOps • Investigate and root-cause data integrity issues in production and nonproduction environments • Participate in architecture discussions and proactively raise design and scalability concerns • Pair with QA and product to resolve defects with end-to-end fixes • Build the data pipelines, services, and screens supporting SS&C's property management platform for leases, properties, accounting, payments, and client reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience (10+ preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience • Strong backend experience with Node.js/NestJS, or comparable experience (.NET Core, Go) and a clear path to NestJS • Frontend experience with Angular (Angular 7 or later) • MongoDB or another document store, plus demonstrated comfort moving data into relational/SQL models • Microservice architecture and REST/GraphQL API design • Kubernetes and containerized deployment experience • Security implementation in application code, including authentication, permissions, and data handling • Ownership of a problem end to end: design, build, test, deploy, and support • Hands-on daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor • Ability to write specs and prompts, direct an agent through multi-step changes, and critically review output for correctness, security, and team conventions • Preferred: dbt experience • Preferred: Angular 18 and Nx monorepo experience • Preferred: Kubernetes certification such as CKAD • Preferred: GraphQL experience • Preferred: CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions and Helm chart authoring • Preferred: Track record of root-causing production data integrity issues • Preferred: Prior work in property management, financial services, or another regulated, data-heavy domain
