📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles from mid-level through technical lead, spanning frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, and cloud • Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels • Deliver qualified shortlists on accelerated timelines for time-sensitive client needs • Partner with delivery leads to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles • Ensure timely interview feedback • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates • Support offer discussions and closing • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity in Ashby • Provide a professional, responsive candidate experience • Raise concerns early when role requirements are unrealistic or internal processes affect hiring outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a focus on software engineering roles • Experience managing multiple engineering searches at once • Solid technical fluency, with the ability to assess engineering candidates and hold credible conversations with experienced engineers • Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools • Ability to work on tight timelines without compromising quality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Independent contractor residing and performing work in the United States throughout the engagement • Authorized to work in the United States • Must complete criminal background screening and identity verification • Corp-to-corp through own LLC or corporation, or 1099 contractor arrangement
