📋 Description

• Support instructional faculty by interacting with students in online classrooms • Create and implement communication and supplemental instruction methods to support student success • Analyze student activity in discussions and assessments and respond based on training and lead instructor input • Assist in managing student communications • Escalate unique issues to the lead instructor • Assist with grading and provide feedback • Monitor student engagement and recommend approaches to increase engagement • Provide tutoring, live sessions, and other student support as directed • Assist with student outreach • Help develop supplemental support documents, videos, and job aids • Perform other duties as assigned • Work a defined number of hours per week and report to key Faculty roles within the designated team

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience in a Human Resource related role required OR at least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management preferred • Master’s degree in Business or Business-related discipline with 27 graduate quarter credits (18 graduate semester credits) in business-related coursework required OR Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related HRM discipline required • Professional certification in discipline specialty if required by course credentialing requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective interaction with faculty, coaches, and learners • Demonstrated effective time management skills • Relationship-building, customer service, and problem resolution skills • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through • Experience working with diverse learning styles • Comfortable using technology to facilitate learning • Ability to access information using a computer • Ability to communicate effectively up and down the management chain • Ability to cope effectively with stressful situations • Good attendance • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong mental acuity • Must be able to lift 25 lbs • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
