âą Lead complex employee relations investigations across multiple regions âą Conduct HR investigations for a high-volume portfolio of cases âą Communicate and update status of investigations to relevant managers and HRBPs âą Make recommendations to HRBPs and leadership regarding investigations âą Analyze HR investigations and employee relations data trends âą Partner with HR to drive necessary improvements âą Respond to alleged violations of rules and standards of conduct âą Develop and deliver training to managers and HRBPs
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years relevant experience âą Minimum 6 years of work experience âą Bilingual fluent speaking and writing Spanish âą Minimum 3 years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience âą Minimum 1 year of relevant investigation experience âą Bilingual Portuguese preferred
