📋 Description

• Work with the Sales team as the key Customer Excellence lead for developing services solutions • Design the vision and architecture for a Vocera solution • Specify technical, wireless, training, deployment plan, and integration requirements • Develop Statements of Work outlining project scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and costs • Develop Professional Service Proposals • Manage qualification, bid, and negotiation phases of selling new engagements • Build cross-functional relationships with Customer Excellence, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Systems Engineering teams • Listen to customers, anticipate their needs, and develop solutions proposals • Guide customers through integration decision-making to determine the best solution for their environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 6+ years of additional relevant work experience • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within healthcare IT or in a clinical setting • Healthcare product/vendor experience preferred • Integration knowledge preferred • Based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones • Strong business writing, grammar, attention to detail, and Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills • Understanding of negotiation and ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism
