📋 Description

• Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments • Ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies • Act as a technical expert supporting sales teams and driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions • Collaborate closely with customers and internal collaborators • Lead technical engagements with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers • Identify system architectures and key product requirements in enterprise AI • Support technical engagement with NVIDIA Cloud Partners and Enterprise customers • Accelerate deployment and adoption of NVIDIA AI technologies in cloud environments • Ensure time-to-value and successful integration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry • Hands-on involvement in cloud partner architecture/solution validation, deployment, and scaling activities • Field-facing role requiring up to 50% travel to customers, partners and datacenters • Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware such as servers, storage systems, and network devices • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and leadership teams • Proven experience with large-scale datacenter rollouts and integration with NCP and Enterprise platforms • Strong networking expertise across TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and switches • Understanding of CPU architecture and embedded Linux systems, APIs, and OS environments • Proficiency in Bash scripting, Ansible and Python programming • Deep knowledge of GPU and DPU technologies, including NCCL • Familiarity with signal integrity, thermal management, power distribution, cabling, and rack layout
