📋 Description

• Build the next generation of Hex’s partner function as part of its go-to-market strategy • Design and own technical enablement curricula for Hex’s SI/consulting partner ecosystem, including certification tracks, workshops, sandbox environments, and reusable reference assets • Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library • Run technical onboarding for new partners, including kickoff enablement, joint solutioning sessions, and architecture reviews • Deliver recurring live and recorded trainings, workshops, and office hours • Serve as technical point of contact for top partners on complex or strategic deals, providing proof-of-value support, architecture design, and technical objection handling • Produce partner-facing technical collateral, including solution briefs, implementation guides, best-practice documents, and demo scripts • Channel technical feedback from partner engagements to Product and Engineering • Track and report partner enablement health, including certifications, demo independence, and time-to-first-deal, tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture • Ideally experience enabling channel, SI, or consulting partners • Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python • Comfort building and demoing end-to-end analytics workflows in a notebook-style environment • Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs from scratch • Strong live-presentation and demo skills • Working knowledge of the modern data stack, including Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Fivetran • Understanding of how SI partners scope and staff analytics engagements • Track record of earning trust with partner practice leads, solution architects, and delivery teams at consulting/SI firms • High ownership and bias toward building • Willingness to travel roughly 25–30% • Must be based in SF, NYC, or elsewhere in the United States / US time zones
