📋 Description

• Shape positioning and joint value propositions for partner solutions • Create pitch and demo assets for field teams and partners • Equip Alliance Managers and partners to design and sell solutions • Package solutions into a reusable library • Drive launch readiness across Alliance Programs, Partner Marketing, Tech Alliances, and Product • Build paths for partners to grow across the Superhuman Suite • Track post-launch solution performance and improve offerings • Partner with the Alliance Solutions Architect to align solutions with current platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience working with partners, in partnerships, channel, alliances, solutions, or a related field • Experience bringing a solution, product, or joint offering to market • Understanding of software partners and ecosystems, including integrations and ISVs • Ability to work with technical and commercial audiences • Familiarity with AI agents, connectors, or workflow automation is a plus • Experience across Education, RevOps, or software-development ecosystems, or with international partners, is a plus • Willingness to travel internationally approximately 25% • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Ability to proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects • Ability to analyze and execute work efficiently • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
