📋 Description

• Set end-to-end strategy for SurveyMonkey’s AI platform, agentic product experiences, and data corpus • Lead product strategy for agentic and conversational product surface areas • Define how intelligent, automated workflows transform survey programs • Own the AI/ML platform layer enabling AI capabilities across the product • Partner closely with LLM infrastructure and data science teams • Define and execute a multi-phase strategy turning SurveyMonkey’s data corpus into a customer-facing competitive advantage • Develop cross-survey intelligence, industry benchmarks, and predictive signals • Lead a team of product managers focused on AI platform and data products • Partner with Engineering and Data Science leadership • Collaborate closely with the CPO

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record building an AI/ML platform at scale • Experience shipping agentic products • Understanding of LLM-powered workflows, tool use, and autonomous agent design • Strong data background where data was central to the product value proposition • Director-level product management leadership experience • Ability to operate as a peer to VP-level engineering and data science leaders • Evidence that strategy work changed directions • Must reside in one of the listed states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, South Carolina, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship, or must disclose future sponsorship requirements
