📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, maintainable software applications using Spring Boot, Java, and cloud technologies • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to architect solutions meeting business requirements • Provide input into the technical direction of the team and product • Build, test, and maintain critical foundational services • Improve team efficiency and effectiveness • Participate in code reviews and review peers’ pull requests • Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming • Define and prioritize team work • Research and apply emerging technologies and industry best practices • Use AI tools to support software development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 0–1 years of professional software development experience • 1+ years of internship experience desirable • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms • Problem-solving skills and ability to optimize performance and scalability • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Spring, version control, and relational databases preferred • Strong interest or hands-on experience in AI-focused development, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or local AI tools/frameworks • Hands-on experience with Python and related frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask preferred
