📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) solutions for enterprise clients • Drive end-to-end implementations and strategic architectural decisions • Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions • Provide Salesforce CPQ platform solutions leadership and best practices • Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, internal teams, and technical delivery teams • Design, test, verify, troubleshoot, and implement Salesforce solutions • Assist with project management, planning, issue management, communication, change management, and coordination • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise architects and business stakeholders • Advise and mentor customer, partner, and internal teams on technical and functional delivery • Create application and technical design documents integrating Salesforce with customer infrastructure • Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce and integration tools • Build client relationships and provide product-roadmap guidance • Lead internal strategic initiatives supporting consulting-practice growth • Mentor, educate, and enrich Salesforce colleagues and delivery resources

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Technical Senior Solution Engineer in software companies within the Salesforce ecosystem • Experience in small, agile, fast-moving sales teams • Technical proficiency with Salesforce • Technical proficiency with multi-cloud solutions • Technical proficiency with integrations and data migrations • Strong consulting skills • Understanding of modern on-premise and cloud-based systems architecture • Expert knowledge of the complete sales lifecycle • Extensive experience responding to sales RFIs/RFPs and configuring high-quality software demos • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative sales and development environments • Demonstrated leadership in developing and growing long-term, high-value client relationships • Ability to work effectively in large, matrixed organizations and with offshore teams • Ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to develop client strategies or roadmaps for onboarding or digital transformation • 5+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation of enterprise software solutions • 2+ years of experience as an architect in a mid-sized organization with demonstrated leadership • 2+ years of external consulting experience, including 3+ years of CRM consulting • Hands-on experience with CRM products such as Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite • Experience with integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management • Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies • Multiple Salesforce certifications, such as Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ • Application development experience with JavaScript, XML, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP, and SQL • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
