📋 Description

• Design, build, and support Lee Company's business applications • Build and extend model-driven apps and pro-code extensions on Microsoft Dataverse • Develop C# plug-ins, JavaScript and TypeScript solutions, code-first applications, and event-driven integrations • Work with integrations to other business-critical systems • Contribute to the growing integration and AI portfolio • Own the full lifecycle of delivered solutions • Ensure production changes follow lifecycle methodology, source control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines • Work with relational data models and application data • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in peer review • Research IT issues and products as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional software development experience building and supporting business applications • Demonstrated proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language • Working knowledge of C# and JavaScript/TypeScript strongly preferred • Experience designing relational data models and working with application data • Hands-on experience with Git and pull request based development workflows • GitHub and GitHub Actions strongly preferred • Preferred: work experience with cloud services in Azure or a comparable SaaS/PaaS platform • Preferred: hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform solution management and ALM • Preferred: experience with Dataverse plug-in development, PCF or web resource development, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI services • Preferred: working proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, including verifying and testing generated output • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to write clean, readable, well-tested code and participate in peer review • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks • Comfort working in an evolving technical environment and learning new platforms and tools quickly • Sound judgment regarding data handling, security, and access control • Ability to research IT issues and products • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
