📋 Description

• Design and build enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Vue.js • Develop and implement products and services supporting the Sales department for Allstate’s Individual Health business • Use test-driven development and continuous integration to ensure product agility and quality • Participate in iteration planning, daily standups, and retrospectives • Execute product strategy with customer needs in mind • Collaborate with the team to design systems and applications • Support software products in user environments • Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to team knowledge growth • Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices • Participate in team decision-making to select simple, appropriate technologies and designs

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years or more of ASP.NET and C# backend development for enterprise applications (Preferred) • Experience with MVC architecture and developing RESTful APIs • Experience with front-end frameworks, such as Vue.js, React.js, or Angular (Preferred) • Solid understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles • Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ability to write and optimize complex T-SQL queries • Exposure to Oracle databases and integration with enterprise data repositories (EDR) • Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications • Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in both front-end and back-end environments • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum development teams • Background investigation required • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
