📋 Description

• Define and execute the technology vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Claims and Intelligence Solutions platforms • Lead strategic technology decisions across operational excellence, platform modernization, and enterprise transformation initiatives • Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across product, engineering, operations, and business teams • Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to prioritize investments and deliver measurable outcomes • Establish execution frameworks, governance, and accountability mechanisms for predictable delivery and operational resilience • Champion API-first design, cloud-native platforms, event-driven architectures, infrastructure automation, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled software development • Lead portfolio planning, investment strategy, and annual budgeting • Develop business cases, investment strategies, and value realization plans • Monitor financial performance, benefits realization, cost efficiency, and return on investment • Drive portfolio transparency through planning, forecasting, resource management, and executive reporting • Serve as senior technology partner to Claims Operations and business leadership • Foster partnerships across business and technology organizations to accelerate innovation and improve operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience delivering scalable, resilient technology platforms and leading enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives • Strong expertise in healthcare claims and provider technologies • Ability to lead complex portfolios and drive cross-functional execution across business, operations, and technology organizations • Demonstrated executive presence, strategic thinking, and communication skills • Ability to influence stakeholders, shape investment decisions, and translate technical strategy into business value • Experience within healthcare payer organizations, including familiarity with claims processing platforms, provider ecosystems, and regulatory environments • Experience driving modernization through cloud transformation, AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and enterprise technology transformation programs • Proven ability to cultivate high-performing, AI-enabled engineering teams • Strong business and financial acumen • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working from home
