📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, test, and implement IAM and IGA solutions using Saviynt • Develop and maintain custom software components, workflows, connectors, and integrations with enterprise systems • Analyze requirements and design scalable identity lifecycle management solutions • Perform coding, scripting, debugging, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of IAM applications and integrations • Implement automated provisioning workflows, RBAC, policy management, and access review campaigns • Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, and ETL/integration processes • Support Saviynt security controls, identity repositories, access governance, and compliance monitoring • Analyze identity, entitlement, access, and authorization data • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement enhancements • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for identity governance, compliance, audits, and security metrics • Collaborate with software engineers, cybersecurity architects, infrastructure teams, application owners, and business stakeholders • Prepare functional specifications, design documents, architecture diagrams, configuration standards, implementation procedures, and support documentation • Support security audits, compliance assessments, and certification activities • Research and implement emerging IAM, cybersecurity, cloud identity, and software engineering technologies • Pursue continuous improvement of IAM processes, automation, security controls, performance, and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Required) • 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required) • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions • Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance platforms • Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP directories, HR systems, databases, and cloud applications • Experience developing and maintaining workflows, custom connectors, APIs, and application integrations • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, SQL, or similar languages • Experience with RBAC, Segregation of Duties, privileged access management, and access governance • Experience with software development lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support • Experience with system integration, automation, and DevOps practices • Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions • Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis experience • Experience supporting compliance, audit, risk management, and security initiatives • Experience with cloud IAM technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, Okta, or related platforms • Experience supporting HIPAA, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS frameworks • Experience developing reports, dashboards, analytics, and compliance metrics • Experience working in large enterprise or healthcare environments • Knowledge of source control, code reviews, testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support • Must be part of an on-call production support schedule
