📋 Description

• Research, collect, analyze, and synthesize information for operational projects and initiatives • Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and lead issues through resolution • Lead coordination and sequencing of engineering efforts across Product Engineering teams and platforms • Manage interdependencies, identify blockers, and drive resolution • Facilitate sprint ceremonies, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders • Align engineering delivery commitments with portfolio planning, resource forecasts, and program milestones • Design and execute functional, integration, and non-functional test strategies • Develop and maintain automated and manual test coverage across platforms, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities • Validate releases before deployment and ensure defects are documented and resolved before production • Improve engineering delivery processes and QA practices to increase throughput and reduce operational rework • Collaborate with IT Planning, Operations, engineering leads, and product owners • Distribute analytical reports and create reports and educational materials • Provide data summaries, graphical trend presentations, ROI analysis, and recommendations supporting leadership decisions • Apply Trinity Health policies, compliance requirements, and safe work practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3–5 years of experience in IT and/or project management • Knowledge of QA/testing processes or release activities (nice to have) • Agile or Scrum experience (nice to have) • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools (nice to have) • Basic knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP (nice to have) • Ability to follow tasks through to completion and manage concurrent tasks/projects • Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate instructions • Computer and technology proficiency • Ability to maintain a safe working environment and use PPE • Ability to provide emergency assistance • Compliance with applicable Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and guidelines
