📋 Description

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and vendors within the Client’s Technical Operations organization • Communicate with Technical Operations partners and provide necessary clarity • Ensure operational processes and procedures are utilized by applying best practices • Interface and coordinate activities with Business Partners to meet SLAs • Draft contract templates related to change management • Review assigned contracts for errors • Route contracts via DocuSign according to the client’s Approval Authority Matrix • Prepare workflow routing in the client’s contracting software system • Audit and update the contract tracker • Collaborate with Contracts and Legal teams to ensure document compliance • Facilitate change order routing and review processes in project management software • Perform content analysis and obtain executive approval as required • Apply understanding of Schedule of Values and project schedules to contract changes • Ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts • Report non-compliance • Support programmatic initiatives, training, and alignment opportunities • Perform general office administration

🎯 Requirements

• Self-management of daily activities and maintenance of a daily tracking log • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely follow-up • Ability to build relationships across all company levels • Experience drafting and executing contract documents • Ability to work effectively within deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment • Proven consulting skills with internal and external business clients • Ability to drive change and improve end-to-end processes • Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and contribute to teams • Ability to handle visible workflows and communicate goals/objectives to management • Ability to prioritize, use available tools productively, and manage high volumes • Skills in Unifier, Procore, Oracle, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint • Construction, contracting, finance, or accounting background • BA/BS degree
