📋 Description

• Design and implement innovative software and process solutions • Build, test, and support custom data integrations between cloud-based and on-premises enterprise business applications • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop solutions meeting project objectives • Architect technical solutions for business application needs • Lead problem-solving across frontend, backend, API, data, integration, and cloud layers • Develop and maintain technical documentation • Identify and troubleshoot software issues • Evaluate emerging technologies for integration into company software solutions • Provide implementation and architecture recommendations to the Business Applications Manager • Occasionally administer and support applications • Source and build relationships with partner vendors to augment in-house capabilities • Support operational continuity, system reliability, and strategic modernization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the professional software development field • Prefer experience building integrations between enterprise business applications such as MS Dynamics, UKG Pro, MS Project Online, and ProjectWise • Expert-level familiarity with Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps • Experience using Microsoft software and Azure technologies, including MS SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Key Vault, Service Bus, App Services, and Logic Apps • Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other current integration technologies • Experience with the traditional Microsoft stack: MS Windows, Active Directory, and MS SQL Server • Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, Microsoft T-SQL, PowerShell, XML, and JavaScript • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, documentation, and technical agility skills • Openness to AI-assisted development tools and coding agents • Self-driven with ownership, accountability, and follow-through • Relevant military experience considered
