📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruiting for technical, scientific, and operations roles from sourcing and intake through scheduling, candidate experience, offer, and close • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build recruiting strategy, and create structured interview plans • Proactively source strong candidates • Manage offers using the company's compensation philosophy and market-based pay bands • Explain compensation, equity, and benefits clearly and transparently to candidates • Track metrics in hiring and onboarding processes and recommend measurable improvements • Build the employer brand and a values-aligned candidate experience • Help shape fair, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices • Lead onboarding sessions with new hires • Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects • Report to the Director of HR on the Finance & Operations team • Partner with Clinical Delivery, Commercial, Engineering, Product, and R&D teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical roles • Experience recruiting at a startup or growth-stage healthtech, biotech, life sciences, or clinical research company • Experience hiring scientific or technical roles such as Data Science and Machine Learning, as well as people manager roles • Strong sourcing toolkit and track record of closing competitive candidates • Track record of using data to run the funnel, including time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance, and source quality metrics • Ability to learn and understand scientific and clinical concepts well enough to describe technical roles credibly to candidates • Experience leveraging AI tools in sourcing and outreach • Clear, warm communication style; ability to build trusting relationships and handle confidential information with appropriate discretion • Experience at a high-growth AI company (nice to have) • Experience with Ashby (nice to have) • Track record of implementing improvements in hiring systems (nice to have) • Interest in HR and broader project scopes (nice to have)
