📋 Description

• Identify and manage existing and emerging risks stemming from business activities and the job role • Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled • Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures • Design, develop, code, and test significant technical solutions in collaboration with senior and lead engineers • Lead code and design reviews • Organize work and lead the team to deliver features and solutions • Resolve complex production issues and lead end-to-end troubleshooting across multiple applications and systems • Mentor and coach junior engineers • Work with architecture to influence technology direction within a specific domain • Support the enterprise and organizational growth through technology solutions • Participate in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, testing, documentation, implementation, and outage response

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field • 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation • Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform • Guidewire AWS Cloud • Gosu programming language • SOAP web service development • REST frameworks • API development • Agile methodology • Java, J2EE and JavaScript • WebSphere, WebLogic and Apache Tomcat • Spring Boot • Relational database design and optimization with Gosu Query language • Batch process design, development, and optimization • Integrating with backend services using JMS and JDBC • Policy and claims end-to-end business knowledge • Relocation assistance is not available for this position
