📋 Description

• Lead and participate in IT infrastructure projects involving the design, deployment, and maintenance of server systems, cloud services, and virtualization platforms • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Oversee deployment of Windows, Linux, and virtualized IT infrastructure environments • Implement system updates, patches, and upgrades for performance and security • Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure solutions aligned with standards and best practices • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for data integrity and business continuity • Create PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and configuration management • Implement and manage infrastructure using IaC principles and Terraform • Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Set up monitoring systems to ensure infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability • Respond to infrastructure issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and implement solutions with IT teams and vendors • Maintain infrastructure documentation and generate reports on system performance, capacity, and security metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience required • 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a similar role required • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell required • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills required • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/projects effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment • Experience with Azure cloud services, including setup, configuration, and management • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, including Intune (Endpoint Manager), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Endpoint Protection Manager (EPM), and the Microsoft stack in Azure • Experience with Veeam backup and replication solutions, including setup, configuration, and management • Understanding of coding, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, DevOps practices, and Agile workflow methodologies recommended or preferred • Experience with monitoring platforms such as Datadog or Site24x7 is a plus/preferred • Experience in a healthcare environment preferred • Experience with server administration and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V preferred • Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 services preferred • Must be able to complete the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation • Occasional standing and walking; frequent sitting and hand/finger movement • Ability to use office equipment in office or remote • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
