📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end business process mapping across manufacturing, procurement, inventory, quality, finance, and HR • Translate operational requirements into Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and user stories • Identify root-cause gaps and champion permanent solutions • Develop comprehensive test scripts and lead end-to-end UAT, including tester preparation, scheduling, defect tracking, and go/no-go recommendations • Liaise between business testers and technical teams during UAT; maintain sign-off and lessons-learned records • Serve as a point of contact for business stakeholders seeking IT support, guidance, or systems expertise • Manage the support lifecycle for assigned applications, including triage, escalation, resolution, and follow-up • Identify recurring support patterns, escalate systemic issues, and drive permanent fixes • Build stakeholder relationships across operations, engineering, quality, finance, and HR • Influence priorities, adoption, and change without formal authority • Communicate technical concepts and system capabilities in audience-appropriate language • Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and managed service providers • Deliver projects on time and on budget and maintain project status visibility • Drive change management and training activities for new or modified systems • Maintain ERP integrations and escalate complex issues appropriately • Own metadata management, naming conventions, field definitions, data classification, and governance practices • Create process-flow documentation and end-user training materials for supported applications and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • 3–5 years of progressive experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or IT generalist role; manufacturing environment strongly preferred • Proven track record of delivering projects on time • PMP, CAPM, or CBAP certification a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Effective prioritization and time management in fast-paced, high-pressure environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in process-flow documentation, technical writing, and end-user training material development • Expertise in business process mapping and documentation, including current-state analysis, future-state design, and gap identification • Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing context; Infor Visual or Profit Key ERP highly valued • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including advanced Excel • Ability to interpret and document system data flows, APIs, and integration patterns at a functional level • Working knowledge of SQL or data-query tools • Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Crystal Reports • Familiarity with ERP module architecture across at least two functional domains • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira • Understanding of data governance and metadata management principles in a manufacturing environment • Business-first mindset and ability to build partnerships across functions • Exceptional organization while managing competing priorities and multiple projects • Analytically rigorous approach, validating assumptions with data
