📋 Description

• Lead highly complex and sensitive investigations into employee relations matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations • Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare detailed investigation reports and report outs • Provide management with guidance and recommendations on resolution strategies and corrective actions • Serve as a specialist on employment laws and regulations • Advise leaders and HR Business Partners on employee relations and positive associate relations • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on early intervention, conflict resolution, and consistent policy application • Promote fair and consistent solutions, anticipate emerging risks, and support a consistent associate experience • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners as a trusted advisor and thought partner • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance employee engagement, productivity, organizational design, and retention • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging labor and employee-relations issues • Lead functional teams and projects as required • Design, customize, deliver, and continuously improve training programs on conflict resolution, positive associate relations, and workplace conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, or closely related HR roles • Demonstrated experience conducting complex workplace investigations and handling sensitive and confidential information • Experience delivering or supporting training programs • Working knowledge of federal, state/provincial, and local employment laws and regulations across the United States • Authorization to work in the United States or Canada • Ability to work remotely in North America • Travel up to 15% • Knowledge of Canadian Employment Law is nice to have • Master’s degree is nice to have • Experience supporting union or collective bargaining environments is nice to have • Professional certification such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is nice to have • Experience supporting public company, global, multi-site, or multi-business-unit environments is nice to have
