📋 Description

• Evaluate and select appropriate AI models for products based on business needs and requirements • Design and build evaluation frameworks • Configure observability platforms to monitor AI performance in production systems • Collaborate with the data science team to fine-tune AI models • Develop and maintain AI-powered application features using Python • Test and validate AI model performance in real-world scenarios • Troubleshoot issues as they arise • Stay current with AI advancements and identify product innovation opportunities • Work directly with the CTO and engineering team and across other functions to evolve the platform and products • Integrate and fine-tune existing market-available AI models rather than design and implement new machine learning models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • At least 4 years of experience in software development • Experience building a professionally successful production application in a modern web framework • Strong knowledge of AI models • Familiarity with agent SDKs and agent harnesses • Experience fine-tuning AI models • Strong engineering fundamentals with various back-end technologies • Ability to design new features around data models with accuracy, security, and performance in mind • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Vetcove is unable to sponsor work visas at this time • Successful completion of a background check
