📋 Description

• Assess the current state of martech and operations with Growth leadership • Evaluate roadblocks and constraints to future goals • Lead transformation toward a dynamic, modular marketing engine from the technical operations perspective • Align strategy and resourcing to meet leadership time goals • Train, coach, and upskill the internal Growth Operations team • Architect and build modular, responsive HTML/CSS template infrastructure in Braze • Develop advanced Liquid logic, dynamic personalization, behavioral filters, and complex Canvas audience branching schemas • Execute technical setup for advanced segmentation, propensity-based targeting, and automated win-back loops • Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams • Complete onboarding and ramp up on Growth 3.0 architectural goals • Map requirements and constraints to martech development with product, engineering, and Growth subject-matter experts • Lead launch readiness for 10–30 current email playbook templates • Build modular HTML/CSS email templates in Braze using creative assets • Implement complex Liquid logic and Canvas workflows • Establish enablement touchpoints and a coaching cadence with Growth Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience architecting and executing within Braze, including Canvases, segments, connected content, and user-profile schemas • Advanced mastery of Liquid markup language for dynamic template personalization • Expert knowledge of responsive, client-proof HTML/CSS compilation optimized for modern ESPs • Strong understanding of martech data-flow architecture, API payloads, and lifecycle integrations • Experience designing and implementing repeatable AI-enabled workflows that address team bottlenecks and improve efficiency • Curiosity, humility, and ability to lead through influence at a senior level • Ability to handle sensitive patient information under HIPAA requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must disclose familial relationships with current Virta employees
