📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting across insurance and engineering roles, with emphasis on engineering as needed • Reallocate recruiting time as priorities shift and critical roles change • Run weekly hiring-manager syncs, set agendas, align priorities, and keep searches on track • Manage active pipelines and move candidates through each stage • Source top-of-funnel talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and adjust sourcing intensity based on pipeline health • Conduct initial candidate screens and provide feedback • Advance qualified candidates to hiring-manager screens • Partner with the recruiting coordinator on interview scheduling • Collaborate across ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones • Deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned, full-cycle contract recruiter with experience running intake, sourcing, screening, and pipeline management • Experience recruiting for a U.S.-based, fast-paced startup or high-growth company • Experience recruiting for a variety of engineering roles • Comfortable independently owning searches and driving the recruiting process • Flexible and adaptable when priorities change • Proactive, high-volume sourcing experience • Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools • Strong communication and hiring-manager partnership skills • Able to manage multiple open roles across functions and priorities • Available up to 40 hours per week • Able to work across ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones • Experience in insurtech, commercial insurance, or another regulated category (nice to have)
