📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of scalable Enterprise Feature Store platforms • Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions • Translate domain-level strategies into system-level implementations • Ensure architectural integrity and reliability • Drive operational excellence through technical guidance, code reviews, and strategic architectural decisions • Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices for consistent delivery, observability, and system resilience • Mentor engineers across teams • Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks • Improve system scalability and developer experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area • Extensive experience designing and developing scalable Enterprise Feature Store platforms • Extensive experience designing and developing scalable, cloud-native software systems and AI-powered platforms • Ability to lead system-level technical execution with architectural integrity and operational excellence • Expertise integrating AI/ML components for intelligent automation and user-facing solutions • Skill in continuous improvement through automation, tooling enhancements, and process optimization • Proficiency mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence • Sound technical judgment balancing long-term system and business goals • Effective collaboration and communication across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
