📋 Description

• Own non-prod environment health end-to-end, including availability, readiness, and stability • Maintain the environment usage calendar • Enforce environment-readiness checklists before sprint cycles and test phases • Triage, classify, and route non-prod issues according to severity and SLA targets • Ensure non-prod defects are logged in GAB3 with environment labels, sprint links, and owners • Maintain Splunk/New Relic dashboards for non-prod error rates, slow transactions, and health checks • Correlate service logs using trace/session IDs to accelerate QA debugging • Monitor CI/CD pipeline runs and flag failed or partial deployments • Validate non-prod stability before production promotion • Monitor Epic/Cerner FHIR sandbox health and coordinate certificate renewals • Manage third-party stubs and sandbox availability • Maintain non-prod runbooks for restarts, cache clears, data reseeds, and pipeline retriggers • Deliver daily non-prod blocker summaries to Scrum Masters, Release Managers, and POs • Own escalations when non-prod issues threaten release timelines • Identify recurring non-prod failure patterns and drive root-cause fixes • Convert operational pain points into actionable GAB3 backlog items • Automate environment health checks, data resets, and smoke tests

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React JS • SRE skills • Experience with Splunk and/or New Relic • Experience monitoring CI/CD pipeline runs • Experience with Epic/Cerner FHIR sandboxes • Experience managing third-party stubs and sandbox availability • Ability to maintain non-prod runbooks • Ability to automate environment health checks, data resets, and smoke tests
