📋 Description

• Design and own the interface for building agent workflows with real-time UI updates via WebSockets and server-sent events • Define and evolve micro-frontend architectures across the AI Studio • Build dynamic, state-driven interfaces that reflect live agent activity • Make architecture decisions that support increasing complexity and scale • Partner with product and design to turn complex workflows into usable experiences • Build reusable components and maintain consistent design patterns • Connect frontend applications to backend services and orchestration APIs • Maintain code quality through testing and code review • Optimize canvas load times and responsiveness • Ship through CI/CD, debug production issues, and document architecture • Establish company-wide frontend best practices, tooling, and review standards • Help other teams adopt frontend best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building modern, complex web apps, with a clear frontend lean • Deep React and TypeScript experience • Real-time experience with WebSockets, server-sent events, or both • Canvas or node-based UI experience • Strong grasp of modern frontend architecture and component-based development • Hands-on backend experience with RESTful APIs and building BFFs • Solid HTML, CSS, and modern frontend framework fundamentals • Experience with state management for complex, dynamic UI • Track record of owning architecture and technical decisions at a staff level, with influence across multiple teams • Sharp debugging instincts • Strong written and verbal communication • Preferred: experience with highly interactive, data-heavy interfaces; component libraries or design systems; server-side rendering or frontend performance; cloud-hosted distributed systems; large-scale global B2B or B2C products; fast-scaling product and engineering organizations
