📋 Description

• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend processing pipelines using C# or Java • Write efficient SQL queries for SQL Server • Support deployments on Microsoft Azure • Leverage AI tools, including Cursor, Copilot, MCPs, and AI APIs, for spec-driven development, rapid prototyping, and automated task execution • Partner with senior engineers to apply best practices in microservices and message-driven architectures such as Kafka • Work alongside engineers and Product Managers to build resilient backend systems and AI-integrated workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related field • Will have completed at least Sophomore year at the start of the internship • Proficiency in C# preferred or Java • Strong standard database skills, including SQL and SQL Server • Understanding of API design principles • Understanding of backend processing architectures • Understanding of Microsoft Azure • Practical experience using AI coding assistants or APIs, such as Cursor, Copilot, or MCPs • Knowledge of event streaming technologies such as Kafka or messaging architectures is a plus
