📋 Description

• Lead-level backend ownership • AI-first delivery • Make architecture decisions independently • Design systems with long-term scalability in mind • Create production-ready backend solutions • Design and own backend services in NestJS and TypeScript • Build and maintain GraphQL APIs across a microservices environment • Own database design, optimization, and reliability in Postgres • Define technical direction, not just implementation details • Set and enforce quality standards across both AI-generated and manually written code • Translate ambiguous product needs into clear technical solutions • Contribute to system design, infrastructure decisions, testing strategy, and developer productivity • Operate in an AI-first workflow without compromising engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of work experience with Development • Experience in Node.Js • At least 3 years of work experience with Typescript • At least 3 years of work experience with databases • At least 3 years of experience in NestJs • At least 3 years of experience in GraphQL • At least 3 years of experience in Postgres • Strong with AI tools in software engineering workflows • Ability to use AI to speed up implementation, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving • Degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent experience
