📋 Description

• Process payroll transactions, time and attendance transactions, and employee data records in various systems • Review, enter, and validate time transactions and related data in ADP systems • Investigate, validate, and correct overpayments and underpayments • Provide employee, manager, and time administrator support for time inquiries • Administer and resolve cases through the case management system within internal SLAs • Identify and develop procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency • Support stakeholders on new or enhanced programs • Compile simple to moderate payroll or time reports for internal validation • Troubleshoot payroll and time-related issues with internal teams and external customers • Lead time and attendance change requests from requirements through production • Participate in projects and enhancements, including system upgrades and new configurations

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma/GED • Minimum two (2) years of time and attendance experience • Payroll experience preferred • Ability to think analytically and perform detail-oriented tasks • Experience with Service Now case management and/or other case management tools preferred • Strong time management and organization skills; ability to effectively multi-task • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Experience in execution of operational process improvements • Experience in project management • Advanced experience in Word and Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables • Experience utilizing payroll tools • Experience with Workday, ADP eTime, Workforce Manager, Kronos, Replicon, or local time systems • VISA sponsorship is not available • BA/BS degree is a stand-out qualification
