📋 Description

• Lead execution of client projects from planning through cutover and handoff, including email, data, server, domain, and DNS hosting migrations • Build and follow project plans, runbooks, and cutover checklists • Report project status to the Director of Operations • Support SOW scoping and technical estimates for new project work • Own L3 escalations from the service desk, driving each to resolution and documenting root cause • Troubleshoot complex issues across operating systems, applications, networks, identity, and email flow • Mentor L1 and L2 engineers • Convert recurring escalations into SOPs, knowledge base articles, and automation • Manage procurement, receiving, staging, configuration, and delivery of client hardware assets through the Franklin office • Maintain accurate asset records aligned with client contracts and the PSA • Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and the Director of Operations on orders, lead times, and delivery • Deploy and maintain EDR/XDR, SIEM, MDM, email security, and identity security tooling for clients • Implement controls supporting client compliance requirements and document configurations as audit evidence • Achieve first-year measures including SLA-compliant L3 resolution, on-scope and on-schedule project delivery, repeatable hardware processes, documented knowledge assets, and measurable L1/L2 engineer growth

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and Cisco Duo • Experience with Office 365 and Google Workspace • Knowledge of SCIM, DKIM, DMARC, and SPF • Experience with Windows Server and Linux Server • macOS and Windows desktop operating system support and troubleshooting experience • Experience with RMM and MDM tools • Knowledge of Terminal Services and RDP • Desktop application support experience • Experience with EDR/XDR and SIEM tools • Experience with email security and identity security • Knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and PoE • Knowledge of VPN, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting • Knowledge of SMTP, MAPI, POP3, and IMAP • Experience with ERP and CRM systems • Experience with EMR and EHR systems • Experience with Power BI and other data analytics tools • Experience with email, data, server, domain, and DNS hosting migrations • Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, CMD, and Bash • Light Java or Node.js helpful • Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, CMMC, NIST, ISO, GDPR, and PCI DSS, and ability to apply them to client environments • Ability to own complex problems through resolution • Clear written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams • Documentation discipline, including SOPs, runbooks, and as-built records • Mentoring and technical leadership • Time management across projects and escalations
