📋 Description

• Generate and develop OT demand from target accounts, customer advisory boards, industry events, and outbound activity • Own solution architecture across Zero Trust Branch, deception, Privileged Remote Access, and Zscaler Cellular • Align designs with ISA/IEC 62443 and the Purdue Model, integrating ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX where relevant • Lead consultative customer engagements from first meeting through architecture workshops • Coordinate with account teams, SEs, security stakeholders, and network stakeholders • Log engagements, open Product Engagement entries, and produce structured workshop feedback reports • Shape Proof of Value design and planning while collaborating with SE and specialist teams • Construct cost-consolidation maps covering tool consolidation, time savings, and cost reductions • Use AI and automation for content creation, research, engagement preparation, and process automation • Build OT thought leadership through blogs, industry events, and advisory-board content • Deliver field enablement sessions and reusable enablement artifacts

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies into daily workflows • Expertise in security architecture and protection of Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS) • Solid understanding of the Purdue-level model for OT environments • Proven experience leading consultative customer engagements and multi-stakeholder workshops • Ability to translate discovery into target-state architecture • Understanding of macro and micro segmentation and network-level controls • Knowledge of NAC solutions including ISE and ClearPass • Knowledge of SD-WAN, firewalls, and IDS/IPS • Ability to translate architecture into business outcomes for security and network leadership • Experience in asset discovery, profiling, or visibility tools such as Armis, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, or Fortinet • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), particularly contractor access • Preferred: experience generating technical pipeline through outbound engagement, advisory boards, industry events, or technical content • Preferred: demonstrated use of AI and automation tooling for technical or go-to-market work • Preferred: experience supporting customers across multiple regions and global time zones
