📋 Description

• Process scheduled monthly payrolls for salaried and hourly employees, including bonuses, commissions, and off-cycle payroll runs • Ensure payroll complies with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies • Maintain strict internal controls • Audit payroll data, validate reports, and reconcile payroll before and after transmission • Maintain accurate payroll records for audit and reporting requirements • Track and review HR payroll interface files for compensation updates, benefit changes, and new hires • Collaborate with HR, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and third-party vendors • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve employee concerns • Prepare payroll-related financial reports for senior management, Accounting, and Finance • Assist with year-end reporting and international tax filings • Manage payroll-related journal entries • Support month-end and year-end closing processes • Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency • Collaborate with finance, HR, and payroll service providers to enhance payroll processes and ensure timely, compliant payroll execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred • 5+ years of US payroll processing experience required • Experience with ADP preferred • Experience working with third-party payroll providers required • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and international payroll compliance requirements • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office • Experience with payroll software systems • Experience with implementation of payroll software systems • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong work ethic with a proactive, solution-driven approach • Desire or willingness to expand knowledge to new areas/geographies
