📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business prospects for Property and Casualty insurance to large automotive dealers • Support F&I product marketing within the assigned territory • Attend automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s sales and marketing initiatives • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders through in-person and virtual channels • Manage and grow the assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets • Conduct sales presentations in person or via Microsoft Teams • Collaborate with field team members to implement programs and products • Strengthen customer relationships and build market share • Work remotely in an entrepreneurial environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of sales experience • OR completion of a Zurich-approved Apprenticeship program with an Associate Degree; no prior sales experience required • Ability to obtain insurance sales licenses where required • 4+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience preferred • Strong understanding of direct sales principles, closing techniques, and industry-specific terminology preferred • Familiarity with insurance industry regulations preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred • Current insurance sales licenses where required, or ability to be licensed, preferred • Experience with financial statement analysis preferred • Must be able to work in North Carolina • Employment sponsorship is not offered
