• Colabora con 3Mers innovadores alrededor del mundo • Desempeñarás un rol clave para la especificación, seguimiento y capitalización de proyectos en la división de 3M Industrial and Tapes División en la región de Guadalajara • Liderarás la ejecución de ventas y proyectos relacionados en mercados como el electrónico, automotriz, industria general, electrodomésticos, artes gráficas e impresión y construcción principalmente • Realizar visitas comerciales y seguimiento continuo para detectar proyectos, cierres de venta y oportunidades de crecimiento • Brindar asesoría técnica-comercial sobre productos, aplicaciones y beneficios de adhesivos industriales • Administrarás las relaciones comerciales con clusters, asociaciones, clientes actuales y potenciales en el territorio • Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes actuales y potenciales en el segmento de adhesivos industriales
• Formación concluida en ingeniería mecánica, ingeniería en Materiales, ingeniería industrial, ingeniería Química e Ingeniería en Procesos/Manufactura • Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en ventas técnicas, industrialización/especificación de productos y/o ingeniería de aplicaciones (adhesivos, resinas, componentes electrónicos, automatización y/o insumos de ingeniería) • Experiencia comprobable en ventas técnicas dentro del sector industrial • Capacidad para entender adhesivos, materiales, procesos industriales y necesidades de aplicación del cliente • Facilidad para explicar aspectos técnicos de forma clara y persuasiva a distintos clientes internos en 3M y externos en mercado • Experiencia alta en el mercado industrial y electrónico en la región de Guadalajara • Fuerte orientación al cliente y a resultados, con enfoque en el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales, crecimiento de cuentas y rentabilidad • Inglés fluido
